1. The Internal Regulations determine the rights and duties of candidates for membership at the SunsetFit Lisbon / Urban Edition gym (hereinafter, SSf Lisbon). They also inform about the existence and possibility of consulting the official documentation for the development of the activity, namely, the Membership Agreement for Members and Temporary Members, the Sports Activities Operations Manual, and Personal Accident Insurance for sports participants. The aforementioned documentation can be consulted in paper form – in Portuguese and English – at the gym's Reception and, in digital format, on the RegyFit application (hereinafter, RegyFit app) and also on its official website www.sunsetfit.pt.

The exercise of this right to a reflection or withdrawal period depends, however, on three conditions: (i) compliance with the legally prescribed period; (ii) communication of the termination by letter, delivered personally to the gym's Reception, or sent by mail to the official address indicated in point 3 of these Internal Regulations (cf. above); (iii) that the Member has not yet frequented the SSf Lisbon facilities.

The decision must be communicated by letter, delivered personally to the academy's Reception, or sent by mail to the official address indicated in item 3 of these Internal Regulations (see above). This must also occur 30 (thirty) days in advance of the date on which it is to take effect, and the full amount of the monthly fee(s) to be paid up to the date on which it takes effect will always be required, even if the Member does not use the services related to this contract.
21. When duly justified – due to unexpected situations of unemployment, change of address, or incapacitating illness preventing participation in sports – the unilateral termination of the Membership Agreement by the Member only obliges (i) formal communication through the means indicated in point 3 of these Internal Regulations (see above), (ii) delivery of a document proving the aforementioned situations, and (iii) payment of any amounts due and payable up to the end of the month in which the cancellation is communicated.
22. SSf Lisbon reserves the unilateral right to cancel a member's registration whenever any violation of these Internal Regulations is found (see below, points 26 and 28-33). The member will be notified of the decision by message sent to the email address listed on their registration form.
23. SSf Lisbon accepts that Temporary Members may train at its facilities for limited periods of 1 (one), 7 (seven), 15 (fifteen) or 30 (thirty) days. The cost of these plans is listed in the price list and includes the occasional contracting of Personal Accident Insurance for those practicing sports activities. Before using the gym, Temporary Members sign a specific Membership Agreement, in which they attest to their knowledge and understanding of these Internal Regulations and the operating conditions of SSf Lisbon.
24. Members access SSf Lisbon exclusively using the QR Code provided by the RegyFit app (instructions on how to install and use it on your mobile phone will be given during registration). 39. Proven theft or robbery will be grounds for immediate expulsion of the offending Member and the total loss of acquired rights.
40. For security reasons, the common areas of the gym (except for the changing rooms and the Physical Assessment and Massage rooms) are monitored by an internal video surveillance system.
41. Only personnel authorized by SSf Lisbon may provide in-room support and/or personal training services (the gym's internal team wears dark blue or black T-shirts, identified with the gym's logo and name; external personal trainers are distinguished by wearing a similar T-shirt, but in red).
42. SSf Lisbon offers its members a personalized training service, provided by one of the team members or by external personal trainers.

49. The careful and hygienic use of changing rooms is essential for the health and well-being of all. Respect for other members requires avoiding unnecessary or reckless nudity. For sanitary reasons, the use of flip-flops is strongly recommended.
