What are the gym's opening hours?

The gym is open every day, with the following hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed only on Christmas Day (December 25th), New Year's Day (January 1st) and Labor Day (May 1st).

Who is SunsetFit aimed at?

In this gym, we welcome everyone – absolutely everyone – who wants to improve their physical and mental health. Any client profile will find in our team an interest in their case and desired goals. We abhor any type of discrimination, whether based on ethnicity, skin color, sex, gender identity, nationality, religion, political opinion, social origin, age, or physical and/or motor condition.

What types of training are available?

At SunsetFit, we can practice all types of training. The initial Physical Assessment is an excellent opportunity to define, with our Personal Trainers, a plan suited to our physical condition, the goals we are pursuing, and the pace and intensity we want to set for our workout. Recommended exercises can target body definition and muscle strengthening, hypertrophy and lean mass gain, motor coordination, balance and increased strength, strengthening of the cardiovascular system, acceleration of metabolism, and improvement of body composition.

What membership plans are available?

We have six plan models, all of which include an initial Physical Assessment and the first Training Plan: (i) HAPPY HOUR, with access to the gym from Monday to Friday, between 2 pm and 4 pm, without access to classes, six-month commitment and automatic debit; (ii) FREE PASS, with access to the gym every day of the week, up to once a day, access to all available classes – except Yoga and Pilates –, six-month commitment and automatic debit; (iii) SUNSETFIT PLUS, our most complete plan, with bimonthly Physical Assessment, Training Plan with bimonthly renewal, one monthly 30-minute personal training session, access to the gym up to twice a day, access to all classes – except Yoga and Pilates –, one drink per week at the Sports Caffè, towel provided per session, six-month commitment and direct debit; (iv) DUO PACK, a (v) Joint plan for two members, which includes access to the gym every day of the week, up to once a day, access to all classes – except Yoga and Pilates –, six-month commitment, direct debit, and only one person responsible for paying the full amount of the Pack; (vi) 65+, a plan for people aged 65 or older, which includes access to the gym every day of the week, up to once a day, access to all available classes – except Yoga and Pilates –, six-month commitment, and direct debit; (vi) PARTNERSHIPS, a plan aimed at businesses and services in Campo de Ourique (values and conditions depend on the number of memberships per company).

How do I access SunsetFit?

We accessed the gym exclusively using the QR Code provided by the RegyFit app (the Reception will give instructions on how to install it on your phone and use it at the time of registration).

Does the gym offer nutritional counseling?

Training while continuing to eat poorly is more than halfway to not achieving our goals. That's why at SunsetFit Lisbon we offer nutrition consultations to help you understand what type of diet suits your metabolic profile. You can – and should – book these consultations at Reception.

Do I need to schedule a time to train?

We don't need to. We just need to pre-register, on the RegyFit app, for the classes offered by SunsetFit Lisbon.

What safety and hygiene measures are in place at the gym?

At SunsetFit, we take hygiene and member safety very seriously. Therefore, we have five antibacterial devices throughout the gym, daily cleaning of the entire space (by a specialized company), and regular analysis of air and/or water quality in the HVAC system and changing rooms. Everyone can help maintain this state of affairs by bringing any non-compliant situations to the attention of staff.

What should I bring on my first visit?

Good humor, good will, sneakers and workout clothes.

Do you provide towels and a locker?

Only with the SunsetFit Plus plan can we count on one towel per training session. If we forget our towel – since its use is mandatory – we can rent a SunsetFit towel at Reception (1€ per session) or contract a monthly towel rental (package of 15€ per month). The lockers in the changing rooms are provided free of charge, although we can opt for the more convenient solution of renting one monthly (package of 30€).
