As a rule, personal data is collected when the Customer signs up for one of our products or services, registers for training courses, is an employee or service provider of one of our clients, or has submitted a spontaneous application in a recruitment process.<\/p><p> If you are not a Customer, your data will only be processed if you provide it to the Company, specifically if you consent to receiving newsletters and being contacted for any marketing campaigns the Company may conduct, in which case the rules of this Privacy Policy will also apply.<\/p><p> The personal data collected is processed electronically and in strict compliance with personal data protection legislation, being stored in specific databases created for this purpose and, under no circumstances, will the collected data be used for any purpose other than that for which consent was given by the data subject.<\/p><br><br><h5> What are the purposes of processing personal data?<\/h5><p> Our main objective is to ensure that all data collected is fully suitable for its intended purpose and is not subsequently processed in a way that is incompatible with that purpose.<\/p><p> The data collected depends on its purpose and is always limited to what is strictly necessary.
